Animator編集中に警告でました。
原因
Blend Typeが 2D Simple Directional になってました。
このときは特定方向は一個のモーションだけが許可されます。この設定で複数のモーション使うと挙動が狂います
対策
Blend Type を2D Freeform Directinalにします
Simple Directional blend should not have multiple motion in almost the same direction
